Tell us more about your company and your journey, what led you to this industry, and how you first get started building your business.

Johnny Fadlallah is a holder of a BS Degree in Computer Science and founded LIPS Management in Beirut back in 1997 however he started his career in the event industry since 1991.

LIPS MANAGEMENT is a globally awarded events management company with 30+ years of experience in the events field and is now based in Saudi Arabia as a 100% Saudi company.

We are specialized in a wide range of services: Event Management, Production Services, Luxury Brands Event Executions, Retail Fashion Events, Store Openings, Private Events Dinners and ceremonies, Concept Creation,  Booth productions (woodwork, styrofoam, printing, branding, furniture production, and rental), Light, sound and screens, In-Store Activations & Launches, Concierge Services, Media & PR, Product Representation, Entertainment and Artist collaborations, Fashion Week Management...

If you could go back and do it over again from the beginning, what would you have done differently?

What made LIPS Management stand out is that it differs from all the others. We have our own way of treating every client and event in a special way and success is always our goal. To answer your question, If I have to do it over again, I would do the same and follow the same technique. We are satisfied with our achievements.

What has been the biggest challenge that you faced and how did you overcome that?

The launch of Fashion TV in Beirut in the presence of Michel Adam during the Fashion Week that we organize and the hit we got by the Lebanese Revolution and Covid at the same time, made us take the decision to move to KSA.

What do you think are the most important qualities of a successful entrepreneur?

Wise thinking, creativity, The challenge of risk-taking, Know-how of problem-solving, Wide networking, Descent leadership, and high communication skills.

What are some of the most important factors for running a successful business?

Setting goals, always be aware of your competitor’s behavior, hire the right personnel, be a teamleader, Patience, and carefully choose your moves.

How do you feel the use of technology has helped the growth of your business?

Coming from an IT Background, I believe we have to always be up to date with all the new techniques that flourish our business and makes us advanced.

What are some helpful tips for first-time and aspiring entrepreneurs in the industry?
