I’m Jason Kwong, CTO at StaffConnect and I’m thrilled to share some exciting new updates with you. We at StaffConnect have been working tirelessly to upgrade our current infrastructure to meet your needs for better data availability. As we close out the infrastructure upgrade process with our migration to our new service provider, I am happy to introduce dedicated servers exclusively for our Unlimited and Enterprise customers. This enhancement brings a host of benefits to your experience:

  1. Improved Performance: Our dedicated servers offer enhanced processing speeds and smoother operations for your StaffConnect environment.
  2. Enhanced Security: With dedicated servers, we've implemented additional robust security measures to further protect your data and ensure a secure environment.
  3. Scalability: You can now scale your operations more effectively with dedicated resources tailored to your needs, inclusive of your own private email server.
  4. Reliability: Experience increased reliability and minimized downtime with our dedicated server infrastructure.
  5. Upgrade Control: You can now work with our development team to reschedule outages and upgrades to your system to meet a time and date best for you.
  6. Enhanced Communication: With a dedicated server means special attention, we’ve introduced a Slack workspace to provide your company stakeholders with direct access to your Account Manager and a member of the Development team.

Please note these dedicated servers are an optional add-on to your existing StaffConnect subscription, and our team will walk you through pricing packages with regards to your desired server size, location, and backup options.
