New Years Resolutions every Event Staffing Agency needs to make for 2022

The New Year is a time for reflection and a time to set goals. It’s also a perfect opportunity to reflect on the past year and what you need to do in the future.

For staffing agencies, this should be a time to reflect on the year gone by and come up with resolutions for 2021.

In 2020, staffing agencies can have three main resolutions: focus on growing their team, taking care of their existing employees, and improving their customer service. These resolutions will be a great way for staffing agencies to take care of themselves in 2021!

Here we are again, at the end of another year! Time to rethink your plans and realign. An examination of the past year's successes and failures.

  • Asking talent to text you a picture when they arrive at work.
  • Individually paying talent via Venmo or Bill.com
  • Manually reconcile who completed their recaps using Google Forms or another survey tool
